  7. AddTime will append the server used, and the time and date to the
  8. end of news postings when NNTPSend is Run.
  9.  
  10. This being to give a useful indication of news turnaround times.
  11.  
  12. To install, drag the Basic program 'AddTime' into
  13. !Voyager.Apps.Transports.!NNTPSend
  14.  
  15. and add the line:-
  16.  
  17. Run <NNTPSend$Dir>.AddTime
  18.  
  19. to the !NNTPSend.!Run file, immediately after the Wimpslot line.
  20.  
  21. Note: If a news upload /fails/ and the article remains in the
  22. outgoing directory, the time will be added /again/ at your next
  23. log on.

  25. MailTime performs a similar task for outgoing emails - this only
  26. adds the time/date, however, since emails will (under voyager)
  27. always use the same server.

  29. To install, drag the Basic program 'MailTime' into
  30. !Voyager.Apps.Transports.!SMTPSend
  31.  
  32. and add the line:-

  34. Run <SMTPSend$Dir>.MailTime
  35.  
  36. to the !SMTPSend.!Run file, immediately after the Wimpslot line.
